Problem posting manual Images/Adds on my forum

I'm not really sure what's changed or what I've changed but any pointer would be most helpful!!

I've got a few manual adds in a special board and news box in my forum - which display OK.
But if I copy and paste the same text in the NEW BOX, it just displays text.... what gives??

with the upgrade to 1.1.13 i believe they disabled the ability to use raw html in the news. you need to use the html bbc code tags instead.
