Registration error

(Version 1.1.14) I installed an anti-bot mod, uninstalled it, now when somebody tries to register they recieve this error message:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/rivalgan/public_html/Sources/not-captcha.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/rivalgan/public_html/Sources/Register.php on line 121

I need some spoon feeding on how to correct this.

try posting in the support thread for the mod you uninstalled. sounds like it did not uninstall completely.
