Problems with copy of forum on wamp *SOLVED*

Hi

I'm trying to setup a copy of an existing forum(1.1.12) in WAMP for test purposes. I've followed the advice to move all the files from the existing server then copied over the database. I've run repair_settings.php and filled in all the information.
At the moment I can access the home page of the forum by entering localhost/public_html/forums/index.php into the address bar of the browser. The links at the bottom of the page (tinyportal and smf) work but none of the others. At first I got a message saying file not found with regard to index.php so I copied over the existing index.php from the existing forum root but all I get then is a page displaying the contents of the index file.

Any help appreciated.

Edit: Now sorted, file permissions were set wrongly. Thanks
