database error updating from 1.1.13 to 1.1.14

I have updated my forum
sometime back
I think I used link in admin section to upgrade it

today I found that when viewing post (thread)
I get this error

Table 'dbname.smf_tags_log' doesn't exist

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.14, while your database is at version 1.1.13. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.


I searched forum and read posts
downloaded upgrade package and when i was uploading it through smf admin (package Manager)
I came to know it already exists
and is installed ( after viewing package lists)

So what should I do now.
Pleaseguide.

that table is not part of the default install, you should post in the mods support thread. you have a tags mod installed?

I have solved the problem

I had tagging mod installed which created the problem
Now uninstalled it and also had referral system both of these mod created this error and I have uninstalled both of them.
