Full Site

Hi im wanting to know if there is a way to make my site a full site to where at the top instead of saying like moderate and stuff it says like vote and other things. I installed the site menu package but that does it in a drop down menu. Here is a site that i saw that has this feature: www.rune-xile.net/

How would i post the link i did with "www" should i post the link with "http" instead?

if you search the forum there are many threads on how to edit the menu in 2.0, which is in subs.php. otherwise you might be interested in one of the portal mods.

Could you link me to one of the mods or a thread that would explain how to edit the subs.php?

I tried searching a bit ago for a portal mod but the ones i tried arent compatible with the version of smf that i have or they may just be corrupted. Also i just tried searching for a tutorial on how to edit the subs.php and it came up with a bunch of other things so i thought you may be able to point me in the right direction as where to start.
