Which theme is this?

Hi my name is Milos.I need your help. I took over from my friend a forum. At this point, the forum was hacked or something else happened to him, mainly I could not open. So I installed a new phpbb3 forum. In the file of the old Forum (SMF) found a picture how forum looked. Does anyone know what theme is?. And something else. Also, i have one beackup (backup_belleamie.sql). Can i use that beckape to restore that forum.I like the best SMF forum. Thanks in front.

if you have a complete backup sure you can use that database to restore to another server/install. usually the theme name is in the copyright, since you dont include a large image it is hard to tell and we cant see the copyright in that screenshot.

I know. I just find that photo. I have done restore base in cpanel i got this (see att). Is that ok.?It's strange to me that whay is bases empty. 0.00Mb. How can i join data base with existing forum.

that database has nothing in it, you cant do anything with it. if that is all you have you are out of luck.
