Vewing Membergroups

How can regular members view membergroups in 1.1.x ??

action=membergroups;sa=members;group=x does not work,
They get error You don't have permission to modify or assign membergroups.

nope and most mod authors are not making mods for 1.1.1* so most likely you would find it hard if not impossible to get someone to do so.
