Exporting Tables in Admin Area to MS Office EXcel

Greetings:


Till awhile ago, we used to export the tables in the Administration Area (Members List, Ban List, Ban Log, Approval Wait List, etc)to MS Office Excel, via a right click drop down menu using IE8



Today I wanted to export some such tables, (Ban List, Ban Log) and got an error from MS Office Excel which said "The web query did not produce any external data".


What could be cause? More important, how to get the tables exported to MS Office Excel?

Seems there's no solution to this one.

I'm sure there is a solution, however it doesn't have anything to do with SMF.  If you were doing this with a right-click using IE8, then the Microsoft website or maybe even Google might be the best place to find the answer.
