Registration error: users get error while trying to register

Good day house, i don't know what might have cause this but i have undo all my actions prior to this error like uninstalling all mod i add, user get error message after filling registration form. U can check for yourself and try to register on www.naijavoice.com but as an admin i can register more user under the admin cpanel. Plz help with any clue to fix this.

Something you did has caused the visual verification (captcha) to disappear, but it's still enabled.  Upload a clean copy of Register.template.php to /Themes/default/and see if it comes back.  You can also disable visual verification in Admin -> Registration -> Settings, which should allow people (and bots) to register until you fix the problem.

the problem is fixed after the uninstallation of the user email system mod that hide member email with a button.
