how to have custom logo?

How can i have custom log, in place of theme's default logo?

The logo is specified in /css/index.css here:

You can upload your logo as /images/img/logo.png to replace the default logo, or use your own filename.

I nevigated to Themes settings, selected the desired theme and i got two options.
    Modify the index template. (the main template)
    Modify the stylesheets. (colors, fonts, etc.)
These two editing tools doesn't have any option to add custom logo. Where can i find /css/index.css ?

You would be better off using FTP and downloading/editing locally that file. The one you need is css/index.css. What is the size of your logo? If it is different than this:
width: 256px!important;
height: 61px!important;
You will want to adjust those values. And don't forget to change or overwrite the logo image.

Upload whatever image you want to use for your logo. Then go to Admin > Configuration > Current Theme and find Logo image URL: and type in the path to the image you just uploaded. Click save.

When i use default theme i can see this option Logo image URL:
But when i use other theme that i upload, i can't see this option.

The OP already provided a link to his site which is great. And the theme the OP is using doesn't support theme settings, so this is really all that is needed:
