Signature links not showing up properly

signature links shows properly when we edit our profile
or admin edit profile of a user

signature links are stored in correct format in the db

but when it has to be displayed it shows this way

anchor text (http : / / w w w website . com )


I want to to replace file source or template which displays signature
I have removed all mods from my website

please tell me Which File should I replace.

reuploaded all files theme and sources and root index.php with new set of files

but i Still get this problem

removed all packages
not even a single pack installed...

but still signature links are not working...

profile -> look and layout preferences uncheck dont show users signatures

also next time when requested for a url please just post the url and not a shortened version or a picture of the url.

when i view the link you posted i can see a signature on the first user. check when you are logged out and see if it works correctly for you.

Unfortunately I dont see link logged i or logged out

I see signature in a very different format
I have cleared cookies
changed browser tried it on FF and IE once again but signatures are different

admin -> posts and topics -> bulletin board code enable basic html in posts check this box and save the page.
