to expand on illori, smfnew is not associated or affiliated with SMF/Simple Machines (the NPO behind SMF), while they use our software they have edited to meet there requirements and they give you a forum with there edits, as you do not get all the features of SMF using SMFNew nor all the options we cannot provide support as they limit what file you  thee customer have acess to.  For this they are the only people that can help you.
