How to remove!

If someone can help me and tell me how to remove the top thingy its annoying i dont want to be like avdersting!




the high ligher in red i want that to be removed i mean i want it to be deleted! and the rest to stay!
I want it like this (I edited it in paint)


Help me guys i will do everythink this is my first start i just installed SMF today about 12 hrs ago.

Yes it is i know how to delete the top banner i just downloaded the files from ftp and edited some to replacce my own gif's and uploaded them back and i have now my own logo up there

I just found it my self and i am thankfull
