Is there way to deny posts in a specific topic after 1 attempt?

For example a user posts something and after 2 min the same user re posts.
I want for the specific topic,user can post after 1 hour.

Is there way or mod?

Sometimes, we call this a bump -- an extra post just to move the topic back up to the top of the boardindex.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is a mod to allow you to "bump" times per-topic -- only for the entire forum.

Look for a mod somewhere that takes bumped posts and merges them into (edits) the first post, for some period of time. If the member bumps after 2 minutes, it's added on to the first post (and doesn't rise to the top). After an hour, it's a new post (at the top). That may do what you want.
