Creating a home page

Hello everyone,

My apology if this topic has been discussed but I didn't know what to "search" for.

I want a "home page" with top recent post to show instead of the Forum when a user goes to my site.
Also the Calendar
Members Online
And the ability to post pictures on the home page.

Where do I start  looking for this "mod"?

I m running the most recent download of SMF 2.0

I have big dreams but limited skills!

admin -> core features calendar turn it on and save the page.

I was looking at them, not muchfor 2.0. What would you recommend thats similiar to my picture?

i dont recommend any of them as i dont use any. try installing them and see which you like best, they can all be configured to a way that you will fit your needs.

You could use SSI to build the page
