How to change header pic (banner) in inferno theme?

i search the directory to get the jpg or gif or png file in diectory that is header image of inferno theme. but i did not get it.... now who will give this directory link??

2nd i wana edit menu bar and want to remove members button, search button and help button, and want to add a page on which my articles links will be available. or is there any way to add a menu button with any URL?

I dont' have inferno installation at the moment so can't say about it but generally they are in Themes/yourthemeName/images folder

Regarding second, look into Sources/Subs.php for array used for creating menu.

The header image can be found in Themes/inferno_20/images/custom/header.png.
