[1.1.13] Images won't be displayed

Hello, I have uploaded some images by FTP, and through Filemanager itself, but when I try to change them in 'Membergroups' they don't display. I am 100% sure that I did the good name, and directory. I have tryed re-uploading. The name is 'mod.png' so i put: '{theme URL}/images/mod.png' but it does not work. There is a weird sign.

Please help.

where exactly did you put the images? in your Themes/themename/images folder? when you get the properties of the bad images is that where you actually put the images?

I have put them into my ROOT/Images. I will try by putting them into template/images.
