If you are referring to the spam wait time, then it's the log_floodcontrol table in the database.

Any chance this mod will be updated for the latest release or is there a similar mod I didn't find when searching mods?

yeah, i saw that.  it's a bummer.  someone else said it could work in 2.0.11 with minimal fixes, but that's beyond my ability to address.
