Description
What I'm looking for is a Download and upload mod for SMF that will let the admin set folders for each category. and an option to upload files and images both

Sample:
Lets say I add a category called Tutorials. I would then have a text box for a folder name, This folder would be created.
Then I can link other categories under the one above and each one would have a category folder of it own. If you want it.

IE:
Tutorials --> This would be the main root folder for this category
tutorials/php --> This would be a sub category
tutorials/html -->> and so on
tutorials/css

Games --> like above
games/action
games/rpg
games/text

Then I would want an option to add a image related to that file. When a user looks at the files details. The use will see an image of that file on the left. and a description on the right and a link to download the file just below it,
and be able to set different views and able to set blocks for it.

Permissions
This is up to the coder, Admin should be able to set who can and can't not do what the admin wants them too.

Feature Set
The admin has an option to turn it off or on.
He/she must be able to set who can and can't not View, Download, Upload, create categories and Moderate the Downloads.

No, The only one I know of is the one that comes with portal. Do you have a link for it.

Thanks, how ever it's missing the image and folder options. See I needed some thing like this to so I can add this information to some software and so users using my software can download files theses folders.

I downloaded it and installed it, It's close to what I was looking for.

1)
When you create a new category, I need the option of pointing this category to a folder. To hold the files in that category.
2)
You don't have an option to add an image. If no image is uploaded. Then a default one is used...
