'New.gif' doesn't show?

I am the creator of the site and for some reason it does not show for the Administrator group. The Administrator Group is the only one with the problem? Why?

are you using a language other then english?

On my profile, I am using English and the default for the forum is English. Not UTF-8..

check the properties for the missing image it will tell you where it should be then verify that location exists on your server.

I checked the link for the broken new.gif image and its under the English UTF-8 folder? Why?

your default forum language must be english-utf-8 instead of english, check and verify it.
