Newly installed theme not visible

Newbie Question: I installed a new SMF theme as per instructions. Set new theme up as default and only selectable theme. I cannot see it. Forum still appears as SMF default- curve. Would appreciate help- thank you!!!

I did "reset everyone to" the new theme more than once without results. Do you have any other recommendations? Thank you!

Is the theme installed without errors, ie check under 'theme settings' ?

Set new theme up as default and only selectable theme.

Whatever you did has disabled all themes except Curve.  Tried to load Core and Classic via url, and can only get Curve.  Restore your Admin -> Themes and Layout to default settings, or set up a temporary admin account and pm the username/password, and I'll take a look.
