Redirection to site home page at login

My forum is under /forum/ folder and when i login it redirects me to sites home page. Instead of forums home page. What can i do about it?

did you move the forum from the main folder to the folder forum? if so you need to run repair_settings.php to fix the paths.

No. My forum was always under forum folder.

Normally, as Illori described, repair_settings.php will do the trick. Do check your settings file on your forum root and reconfirm whether the settings are right. You might to do it manually if the settings are wrong.

Even though repair settings didint show anything wrong. It fixed the issue somehow. Thx.
