Require and Display Member Real Names

I have searched and searched and it doesnt seem this exists yet for SMF.  Please tell me I am wrong and there is a Real Names mod out there.

I already downloaded this one ( http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=142 ) but it doesnt go all the way.

We have a community that needs to build trust and is vital to person-person interaction and reputations... so we want everyone to use their real first and last names all of the time.

I need a modifcation that will force registration and call it first name, last name and disable the idea of other names being active or displayed.

We are running v1.0.5 on apache, php, mysql, linux OS, with the default theme and very few mods. We are a 501c3 non profit in Chicago and would love some help with this.
