Help needed to restore member info database

I accidentally clicked the wrong thing and deleted a bunch of members. And the main person with the host account is MIA and is the only one to be able to get host gator to perform a backup.

Are there any options I can try however?

You will need a backup prior to the deletion of the members to be restored. You will also lose any posts/new members that have been made since the backup that's restored was taken.
