Sudden behavior change: Forum UI shows a new background I didn't insert

I have no idea where this came from. I tried clearing my cache and then choosing a different theme.

Have I been hacked?

Since the p-peddlers started showing up en masse, I changed registration to admin approval, and I am meticulous about checking both IP addresses and emails against Stop Forum Spam and Project Honeypot. I use IP deny in cPanel a lot.

Here's a snippet of my forum's UI. That image of a nurse in scrubs in front of a hospital bed is NOT the background of the English Steel theme. I get the same image when I use SMF default.

Never mind. I shut the computer down and restarted and Nurse Jackie went away.

That was weird.

Sorry I jumped the gun, but I thought I'd been hacked.
