Side sparks chat mod

i installed side sparks chat mod and now i cant totally get rid of it    I used the uninstaller but the chat button is still on the nav bar, and it clicks to a error message.  How can i completely rid myself of this junk???

Did you get any warnings on the uninstaller? I'm guessing the index.template.php of whatever theme you are using didn't get affected during the uninstall. If you look in there (or attach it to a reply), I bet you'd find the code generating the button.

Are you using a custom theme?

If so, uninstalling will only remove mods from the SMF default theme.

You'll need to edit custom themes, manually.

If it's just the button you need to remove, it'll be somewhere near the bottom of index.template.php, I suspect.
