how do i remove referral information at registration

I'm using version 1.1.11

When people want to register, it as for referral information and i don't know why.

How can i remove it?

referral is not a default feature of smf check your installed packages and see if any of them add this.

also you should consider upgrading to 1.1.14 for security reasons.
