Avatars and Attachments Disappeared too

Am still in the process of replacing the 1.1.14 file HOWEVER, I noted that if I right click on the attachment and save it, I can then open it locally.  If I attempt to open in by double clicking, I get the same error.

This means that the attachments ARE in tact but for some reason, SMF is causing them to not be displayed correctly.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Replacing the 1.1.14 Package files worked.  I have reason to believe it was either or both of these two files in the root of forum

index.php
SSI.php
