Mod request- Like Button Mod

I would like a mod that would allow users to like topics with the simple push of a button (the button could be displayed as anything thumb up anything to do with like )

once the user has pressed the button to like the post i would like there name to be displayed under the topic ( a line actually at the bottom of the topic and put there names underneath the line and finish the topic as usual)
