Can anyone change this.... to this....?

I'd like the "started by" line which currently resides under the topic, to move to be its own column - thereby leaving the topics section clean and clear.

Is it a full re-coding issue - or a simple preference change?

I am very new to this so pls treat me like a relative 'numbskull' (i.e. go easy on me).

This would be handled by making a change to the php in the correct template file. Following that, you may wish to make some CSS changes to the index.css file.
