Did you set permissions for the member groups that you want to view ads?

There are also separate support boards for these mods as with ever SMF mod.

ofc i did it but i use other paid ads thats why i dont wanna use this mod

What other paid ads?  You can use almost all kind of ads with this ads system !

other advertisments and only guests-regural members can view them
also permissions are setted by admin->permissions
thats my prob.i want the google ads to be shown to everyone and the other ads to specific membergroups

Sinan's mod (the second one) is far far superior and can do what you want for free. You can set the permissions for ads when you're establishing them below the boxes for where you input the ad code.

(A for allow, X for Disallow and D for Deny)
