had did you change the body of the forum. i am trying to change mine but i cant find it

You mean the background? Most theme edits in general are in the index.css file and the images backdrop.png, main_block.png, frame_repeat.png and menu_gfx.png.

not the back drop the bits around the topics and the bit where it blends as it goes down blue at the top and blens down to white. thats the bit i would like to change
