Deactivate ability to post links until certain no posts met

I'm getting a lot of spammers signing up to and posting on my forum.  Is there a way I can stop members posting links until they've made a certain number of posts? I'm currently using version 1.11.1

Using the Anti Spam mod with postgroup permissions will allow you to accomplish that.
