How do i update my Language files?

Good morning fellow members, please how do i update my Language files to current version, my forum runs on 1.1.14.

The SOurece and default default templates are up to dates but the language files is not rather the version is 1.1.9 against the current version of 1.1.13, please help.

Language files aren't always updated, between releases. So, your files COULD be the latest version.

What language(s) do you use?
