SMF ShoutBox - SMF1.1.14-What Should I Do ?

Hey friends, I'm currently new with SMF..    

For me SMF,is a great and simple machine, but I've got a problem here..
I tried to googling a shoutbox mods for my SMF 1.1.14 with babylon theme... I want to put my shoutbox on the bottom of my SMF Forum (here's my SMF, hardeeguitars.com/forum/ [nofollow]) so I tried to install nneonneo's Shoutbox and SMFPacks Shoutbox....

Both of them are great..but with nneonneo's Shoutbox, nothing happend with my admin SMF panel, so I decided to delete it, then I tried to install SMFPacks Shoutbox, it was successfully installed, but weirdo again, I found that Shoutbox config panel is missing in my admin panel, and nothing's changed with my SMF...  

So, guys, please let me know what happend with my SMF ? is there something wrong ? What should I do ? I really need help here..

Are you using the SMF default theme, Andy?

Mods will only show on that, usually.

For them to show on custom themes, you have to make manual edits.

Details can be found on the mod's download page. You'll find a parser, just below the download link(s).

My question is, Does babylon theme is the default theme ? Currently I'm using SMF Babylon 1.1.14, Installed SMF ShoutBox mod, I tried the parser first and everything installed... include /index.template and /Subs and the others...

Okay K@, I decided to use SMF default theme for testing, SMF Shoutbox greatly installed, but I have few problems here;

1) I want to put Shoutbox in the bottom of the page, before SMF-Info Center in General Board, so what should I change in index.template.php ?

2) Why does my SMF Shoutbox config page missing ? Is there any solution for this problem ?

Make sure that the edits have been made in template file of babylon theme too.

in my case, in before what function ?

About managepermissions.php, everything was set like in the parse documentation, but still doesn't work, really weird, but it's ok, my customer agree with default themes, but he want the ShoutBox display in the bottom of the forum

It works like a charm with a lil' bit config in BoardIndex.template.php and Index.template.php..

Sorry to announce again,

Today, I tried my shout box, it works great when I logged as an admin, but some user said that they haven't seen forum shoutbox...Why this thing could happend ? Should I change the code ? How to display the shoutboxf or all forum members ?

I tried to change the permission for each group...
