how to edit meta tags in index.templete.php

how can i edit meta tags in index.templete.php. The default meta tag script is:


<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=', $context['character_set'], '" />
   <meta name="description" content="', $context['page_title_html_safe'], '" />', !empty($context['meta_keywords']) ? '
   <meta name="keywords" content="' . $context['meta_keywords'] . '" />' : '', '

I want replace the above meta tags with below meta script.


<META NAME="description" CONTENT="here you can share anything about smart phones. you can download or upload applications and games for all mobile operating systems. share latest news about smart phones, learn tips and tricks.">

How can i replace the above meta meta script with default meta tags/script of index.temple.php without missing the page titles.
