Email-Subscriptions for Boards and Categories

It would be nice if somebody can write a mod, that the members can subscribe to a board and/or categorie for receive an email about new and updated topics - once time in a week since the subscription date.

example for the email template:

"{Date}

The following threads are new in {categorie}/{board}:
#1 ....

#2 ....

The following topics are updated in {categorie}/{board}:
#1 ....

#2 ...."

That's what the "Notify" button's for.
