Fatal error: Call to a member function read() on a non-object in - Please Help

I have two problems.
I have no problem to upgrade -done.
I have no problem of install adds-on package.

A month ago, I transferred from a hosting. I backup, restore, worked from scratch. I didn't notice I have 2 problems after today I upgrade and tried to register a new user.

Here are the errors:

1)
Fatal error: Call to a member function read() on a non-object in /home2/thenscom/public_html/forum/Sources/Admin.php on line 735



admin.php is attached

2) Database error ( After pressed the register button)

The first error seems to indicate that the path to your "default" theme directory is incorrect.

The second one is a database error. There should be more info about that in your forum error log.

Hmm...the path is really incorrect.
username should be thenscom

How to change that?
I just tried repair setting but seem ok ( I mean ,the problem still that)

go to admin -> themes and layout -> themes and settings at the bottom of the page click attempt to reset all themes

I followed you direction and solved the first problem. I reset the theme back to default. I even installed Google plus 1 from theme setting. That's cool.

Now, I still would like to know the way to solve my second problem.
