List sticky topics is it possible?

Good aftenoon and first of all thanks for any help you can provide me!

What I want to do is to list the al the sticky topics from a specific board sorted by subject...
Is this possible?

How I want to do this:
can be in 2 ways.. something like what happens in the index.php?action=unread or it can be in a simple version only whith the results of the list! But as there are a few restrictions on the forum the list is only shown to the users that are allowed to see the board in the first place!

I'm sory if i'm posting this in the wrong place but this is my first post!

by default there is no way to do this. you would need a mod

I tried to find one first but there wehe hundreds ....
Cant I modify the files manualy?
(I know that this can be hard but for sure will work right?)

the board would be the "index.php?board=7.0" only the the stick topics and sorted ascendently by subject!

the SQL statement I need is something like this but I cant figure out where to put it to retreive the results!
