Now after just reading through the smf submit theme guidelines it would appear i am not even allowed to place a simple credit link into the footer... as a 24/7 webmaster this really annoys me.. 99% of people are going to remove the link in the first place and secondly a tiny 10px credit link pointing back to my CLEAN http://freetemplatez.net/ website is not going to effect those who would actually leave the link in place.

Not sure whether i should focus on a different platform now or not.

PM one of the customize team about it to be certain, but custom themes usually have a credit link to the author's site.

Sorry didn't mean to sound crude... it's just as a designer of many other platforms i get a lot of people stealing / modifying / remove credits / redistributing my work without asking permission.. gets very frustrating.

Anyways will submit this theme very shortly, just adding a few minor fixes now.
