Indexing topics by alphabetical instead of date

Hi friends,

I´ve a 2.0.1 forum, with multicolor theme, anda i need to have some boards they indexing the topics by alphabet instead of the date, any idea how i can improve that on my forum??? thanks in advance.

May I suggest that it may be a bad idea?
New post may be taken down to the bottom line or even to the second page while the old post that starts with the first alphabets like 'A' 'B' 'C' this may bore many members beacuse the most exciting thing about forum is moving with the trend, let me give you example check this two topics in a technology forum
Appl Iphones Launched
Google Plus is now plublic

Apple Iphone is no longer a trend yet it will remain on top above  Google plus which is now worldwide trend, due to aphabetical other indexing Google plus will be well behind Apple I phone in other of listing which may not be a good Idea ( at least to me)

Thanks for your sugest, but what i need isnt for all boards, what i need it´s to have some boards indexed bay alpha, that becouse i need to open some boards ant to put in topics by alphabet (law articles) for that ists necessary.
For a example: i open a topic with some explanation about article Nº 10, and after i need to open other topic with Article Nº 140, etc etc....for that i need this indexing by alphabet, and not by date.
