Double Topic finder

I don't know how to search for this, the exact words, I mean. But can anyone tell me if there is a double topic finder?

What I was needing is a mod that would search for topics, within a forum, with the exact same name.

Is there anything like this?

actually sadly we would not due to the way the team wants this forum as clean as can be, and the difficulties with managing others mods if they grow outdated. but this has been suggested to add to this forum with no replies to the thread.
