Can't install packages with Package Manager

For some odd reason, I can no longer install any new packages using Package Manager. I get an error every time saying the package is corrupt. Any ideas?

Try uploading the archived packages into your Packages directory, then going to Admin to apply them.

I've always had to do that on my forum, for some reason.
