TheCodfather

yes when i do that it goes like

jan
feb
march
april

etc

i was wanting them like in first post

kat

Are attaching them, of using the image tags?

If you're attaching, I believe there's a mod for what you want. http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2790

If you're using image tags, just make sure they're on the same line.

Edited to add URL to mod.

TheCodfather

i am making sure there on same line but they post 1 underneath each other i was wanting them left to right in 3 coloums if im making sense.

kat

Attachments or image tags?

If attachments, I added a link to a mod in my previous post. ;)

If images, maybe the images, in line, go over the line length?

TheCodfather

img tags ill try your mod thanks for the help

kat

No sweat, mate.

That mod does it for attached images, though.

If you use image tags, just make sure there's not a line break after the closing [/img] tag.

TheCodfather

kat

When you hit "Enter", you start a new line.

That's a line break.

Or, as some call it, a "Newline". :)

TheCodfather

yeah not doing that have seen on other sites images placed horizontally in posts.

kat

I did with the smileys I did, earlier.

I got them from my site and just tagged them together, like this:

TheCodfather

doing same posting them vertically need them to be horrizontal ill look around see if i can figure it out

kat

Maybe the images are too wide and the software's creating the breaks, itself, so the page doesn't go too wide?

TheCodfather

could be but i have ncode imgage resize installed so i woudnt of thought so

kat

The write-up for that mod isn't clear on that.

"nCode Image Resizer for posted images." doesn't stipulate whether it's for attached images or taggedones.

I s'pose "Posted" must mean with tags.

TheCodfather

sighhhhhhhhhh carnt figure it out must be away to have the images horizontal.

kat

There is. But, without seeing the images and how you're trying to post them, I can't even begin to guess why it's not working, for you, Coddy. The way I suggested should work.

Sorry an' all that.

kat

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!

Not SMF, at all!

You're using html code, for that?

(I'm off to bed, so I'll have to catch-up, with this, tomorrow).

TheCodfather

thats not my site but i would like the images posted like that if its possible really appreciate your help.

kat

If you're using a portal, what are you using to add the images?

If you're using an html block, BBC won't work. You'll need html.
