How to make a Picture-Link thats editable in Admin Panel

Hey there!

Ive got the following "project" ... i want to add an Link to one of my Theme Images. This Link should be changeable on the adminpanel with just a imputbox or something.

The Idea is to create a newsbanner that will change often. So i want to be able to upload a image that will replace the existing one and a input box so i can change the link of the image easy.

I hope you know what i mean?!

Would be very nice to get some help here couse i really dont know how to do this.

For more Information go to www.hma4ever.de... i want to replace the image on top in that frame with the Teamspeak info...

This is how i think it should look like at the end.



The Image is Called "News.jpg" and the Link is: http://www.hma4ever.de/Board/Themes/HMA2/images/Newsbanner/News.jpg

What i know so far is, that it looks like i need to create a new mysql request and table so the link to the image and the link to the picture will be stored there ...

But i really dont know how to build this up. Any Ideas?!

Well, i got the Uploadsystem ready now. I can now change the picture over the Admin Interface.

What i need now is the Image-Link. Anyone got an idea to implament this too?
