Not bad, but wouldn't call it awesome, personally. You could do the markup without all those table cells too. Half a dozen divs should do most of it.

True, but it's using 1.x system, would it still be possible?

Oh sure. I did a 1.1.x smartphone theme that has completely customised markup and css on about a dozen templates. Anything is possible if you're crazy enough.

TBH if you like it the way it is and aren't planning to move to 2.0 soon I wouldn't worry about it. 2.0 markup is all divs and lists anyway, so you'll get to play with those if you change versions.

They're good once you have a handle on how the css works, but semantic markup can be like playing with springs, elastic and dynamite if you're only familiar with tables. Drove me bonkers when I started. Still does sometimes.

I agree with that, it's what drives me to try to be unique from the other forums, even though I'm using the default.

Seems a bit crowded and cluttered to me. Maybe consider getting rid of either the right or left side blocks.

I will, and instead, make a width right block wider.
