VB style profile

hi, sorry for VB Style , but it would be nice if there is some option available. I have used Ultimate Profile, it feels a bit odd. Is there any alternative ? May be not listed here, but still there in some member's site. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the help Brack. I am using the user bar on top than on left since we have a sidebar which eats content space.
