Hide a member

I was wondering if there was a way to get a mod that will allow you to hide a member and that member's posts from the rest of the forum.
Give permission to certain people who can view their posts.

I have a user on the forum right now who doesn't want to leave nor have their posts deleted but is being stalked.

if you have 2.0 you could use post moderation given that your moderators dont approve the posts.
