Forum is not loading

Somehow quite a few of our members can't access the forum anymore. They just see the blank screen but for me everything work perfectly fine. Is it possible to solve this problem?

I removed all error logs but somehow it doesn't help.

i did not ask you to remove them, i asked you if there was anything in them, as in that might have the reason for the issue. now that you removed them we have no way to find out what was happening.

No, I didn't see anything there, some members got errors with the wrong password, although they could log in before.

i said server log not the log in the admin panel

I can't even check it there as the server where is your forum hosted is not working properly.

what do you mean? your hosts control panel should have the server logs.

That's what I mean I can't access the contral panel to see the errors.

then you need to contact your host about that.
