Chance Collectables SMF Mod

This is something I was wondering was already made or if it can be done. Maybe add it in with SMF Shop or make it a mod on its own.
Its kind like a ticket systems to get items, If you buy one ticket and redeem it, you get a random item that is considered common to the people on the forum, and the more tickets you have the higher chance you have to get an Item.
For example, I have one ticket and I redeem it. When I go to redeem it, the random generator give me a random item "Crowbar"
Now I use 20 tickets When I redeem it. It gave me the random item "Gold bar."

Have it where the Admin's can create different items, either just have them make a picture that shows all the item's values, kinda like trading cards, or let them type out what they want for it.

Have a section on the person's profile where you can click to see what collectable a person has.
If you wanna go farther, make item sets. Say like Big Cat set. And have Lions Tigers and so on. Have ones that the person collects shown and the ones the person doesn't as faded out,
